Colonial Motel

The room was super clean, you can't beat the price. My three teenagers loved the pool. We were spending the night before college visits to SUNY Oneonta and Delhi, great location. My daughter left her DS behind, they called me when I got to the college and I couldn't get back as I had two more scheduled college visits after, so they took the time to mail it to my home address. Lovely people, service and place to stay.

Great little place. Old school but updated, clean & comfortable. Perfect location for us attending a wedding in Roxbury.

The blankets were LIKE BUTTER so cozy and soft. The bedding smelled so clean and the bed was so comfortable. Checking in was a breeze, would definitely come back. Such a cozy spot. Sometimes traveling as a woman I am nervous about where i stay but this motel was very comforting!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend trip to spend some time in the mountains. The motel was a great location for us and we also liked that there are food options within walking distance. The room was really comfy and appreciated the kitchenette with coffee, sink, microwave and mini fridge. We also brought our small dog with us.

This is an old school motel done very well that you just don’t find anymore. Rooms are remarkably clean, quaint, comfortable beds, and hands down best pillow I’ve slept on away from home. Such a gem of a place! Also Jack the lobby cat is the best cat!

My wife is very fussy when it comes to motels and hotels. Her words, “clean, charming, homey, has all essentials needed in a home like setting.” Wonderful family run business. From the husband who has to listen to his wife, it was a welcome change to hear only positive things about a motel. Bravo!

Ok... if you're looking for the luxury of a 5 star hotel, this is not the place. But if you're looking for a weekend or overnight place to stay with a quaint country feel... this is the one. Great little motel with a welcoming inn keeper. Quiet, clean, and comfy rooms, nestled and surrounded by the most beautiful tree covered mountains views. Rooms have ac, a little kitchen, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice baths with friendly toiletries. They even sell jars of home made applesauce. A sweet little gem to try out for a weekend or an overnight stop.

This idyllic Motel/Hotel is perfect for summer outdoor enthusiasts and skiers. Rooms are beautifully decorated in Americana designs and is great for a good night's sleep. The grounds are impeccable kept up. Can't miss here.

Doing a casual motorcycle ride from lower New York up into the Catskills. Decided after reading reviews and checking this place out that this would be the place to stay for the night. Real old time feel -great place to relax for the night.

Tastefully refurbished older motel. Comfy bed, strong shower. Country decor authentic, not tacky. Lovely grounds with good sized sparkling clean pool. Attractive blue and pool chairs. All amenities...kuerig coffee maker, fridge, and micro.
